KHANG’S FAMILY FARM LLC – TUBER SALES POLICY
At Khang’s Family Farm LLC, we take great pride in the quality of our dahlias and the care that goes into every tuber we grow. We guarantee that the tubers you receive will closely resemble the photos shown and will contain at least one visible eye. Please note that tuber sizes may vary.
Dahlia colors may also vary slightly when grown in different locations. Soil type, temperature, and weather conditions can all influence the final color and appearance of each bloom. These natural variations are part of what make dahlias so special and beautifully unique.
All photos shown are from our own field-grown dahlias here at Khang’s Family Farm in Jackson, Wisconsin.
Our farm is inspected and approved by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, and we hold a current Nursery Stock Distributor License in the State of Wisconsin. We guarantee that your tubers will be shipped with at least one viable eye.

TRADEMARK NOTICE
We are a licensed seller of KA’s™ dahlias. Varieties marked with the symbol ™ may be grown, multiplied, traded, or donated. Growers may sell the cut flowers and may harvest or sell seeds. However, customers may not sell cuttings, tubers, or plants of the trademarked varieties without first signing a trademark licensing agreement with Santa Cruz Dahlias™.
CLAIMS & PHOTO PROOF
Please open and inspect your tubers immediately upon arrival. If you have any concerns, email us at khangsfarm@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We are committed to addressing your concerns to the best of our ability.
After 24 hours, the tubers become the sole responsibility of the purchaser, as we cannot control the following factors:
Improper storage
Shriveling or drying out
Physical damage
Weather conditions
Growing environment
Failure to thrive
General negligence
CHECKOUT
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. If you are purchasing multiple varieties, some may sell out before checkout is complete. Your purchase is finalized only after you receive an order confirmation number and email.
Please ensure you provide your correct name and mailing address for shipping purposes.
ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes, including adding or removing items. Please double-check your cart before purchasing. If you wish to purchase additional items, please place a new order. Shipping fees for separate orders cannot be combined or adjusted at the moment due to processing and shipping logistics.
SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only via USPS Priority Mail (no PO boxes), and shipping rates start at $13. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Local customers may choose FREE PICK-UP at checkout. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup, beginning after March 24, 2026.
Shipping begins in late March through early April for warmer regions and continues for colder zones once freezing temperatures have cleared.
Please note that unforeseen weather or USPS delays may affect delivery times. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.
SUBSTITUTION & STORAGE
In the rare event of a winter storage loss, we may provide a substitution of equal or greater value.
We do not wash our dahlia clumps after digging, as this helps prevent storage loss. Some tubers may arrive slightly dirty — preserving their health takes priority over appearance.
REFUNDS
To request a refund, please email khangsfarm@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and concern.
Refunds apply only to the cost of the tuber(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
